         The main objective of the Department of Employment and Training is to provide good education for the students to acquire knowledge and help the students to do jobs in various fields like in Railways, Industries, Self Employment using their skills.

Schemes

• In our department various schemes are going on currently like improving skills required for the student to work in industries .
• Inviting the Industrial Experts to create awareness to the students and knowing them how to improve Employability Skills.
• Conducting Job melas for Unemployed Youth and providing job to them.
• Conducting Placements for Outgoing Students
• Started AR/VR labs for better understanding of concept towards lab Practicals.
• Procured updated machinery tools in the trades.

Activities

• Conducted Awareness Program on Women Safety by inviting nearest Women Task Force Team.
• Conducting essay writing competition to students for getting analysis towards Non- Usage of drugs.
• Conducting games Competition to the Women Students.
• Conducted rally towards protection of environment.
• Conducted motivational Speech to students to join in Army.
• Conducted Awareness Programmes on Cyber Crimes.
• Conducted Awareness Program on Eve Teasing.
