2. POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIPS (RTF & MTF)

               The Schemes “Post Matric Scholarships ( RTF & MTF )” announced to provide financial Assistance to poor students in various categories  (SC/ST/BC/EBC/MIN/DW) Sanctioning under SATURATION MODE. Students who are studying ITI, Polytechnic, Degree and  above courses to enable them to pursue their education without any financial burden. 

        1. Post Matric Scholarships (RTF) is to provide complete fee reimbursement to every eligible student. Full fee i.e., Tuition Fee, Special Fees, Other Fees & Exam Fees as defined in the G.O.Ms.No.115, SW(Edn) Dept., Dated: 30.11.2019 & G.O.Ms.No.04, SW (Edn) Dept Dated: 18.06.2024  basing on the fee fixed by the Competent authorities.

       2. Post Matric Scholarships (MTF) is to provide Rs.10,000/- per person to ITI students, Rs.15,000/- per person to Polytechnic students, Rs.20,000/- per person for other Degree and above courses per year to every eligible student for Food and Hostel expenses.   Income Eligibility, the total family annual income to be less than or equal to Rs.2.50 Lakhs and the total land holding of the family to be less than 10.00 acres of wet or 25.00 acres of dry or 25.00 acres both wet and dry land together.  

3. AMBEDKAR OVERSEAS VIDYA NIDHI (AOVN)

               The scheme Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi (AOVN) providing financial to eligible students belonging SC/ ST/BC/Minority /EBC & kapu students to pursue PG/PhD/MBBS courses Candidates should be native of A.P Maximum age should not exceed 35 years as on date of publication of notification The Family income shall not be exceeded Rs. 8.00 Lakhs per annum. Only one candidate per family eligible. Qualifications: For post graduate courses: 60% marks or equivalent grade in foundation Degree course, for PhD courses: 60% marks of equivalent in P.G. Courses and for MBBS courses: 60% marks in intermediate or equivalent course. In all cases, the Income Certificate must be certified by the District Collector only. 10% of the income certificates so issued shall be verified by the Commissioner of respective welfare Department, for confirmation of the correctness of family income, before issue of final orders for selected candidates” 

4. INCENTIVES FOR CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATIONS

              Government of Andhra Pradesh have introduced a new scheme in the name of   “Incentives for Civil Services Examinations” to provide financial assistance as cash incentive to the aspirants of socially, educationally and economically weaker/backward sections of Andhra Pradesh, who are qualified in the Preliminary and Mains Civil Services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), for an amount of Rs. 1.00 Lakh and Rs.50,000/- respectively for the number of attempts permitted by the UPSC. 

5. DR. B.R. AMBEDKAR STUDY CIRCLE

              The primary objective of the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Study Circle, Tirupati, is to provide pre examination coaching for SC/ST students preparing for various competitive examinations from all districts across the state. The facility was inaugurated on 8th November 2021 by the then Hon’ble Minister for Social Welfare. Selection process: The Director of Social Welfare conducts a written examination and student are selected on a merit basis.  

6. CHANDRANNA PELLI KANUKA SCHEME

              Eligibility Criteria for Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme To avail the benefits of this scheme,   the applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:         

                 1. The bride must be at least 18 years old, and the groom must be at least 21 years old Both the bride and groom must have passed at least the 10th grad

                2. Annual income of the bride’s family should not exceed ₹10,000 in rural areas and ₹12,000 in urban areas.

                3. bride’s family must be without four-wheeler vehicle

                4. No member of the bride’s or groom’s family should be an income tax payer.

7. INTER-CASTE MARRIAGE SCHEME

              An inter-caste marriage scheme is a government initiative that provides incentives or financial assistance to couples who marry across different caste or community groups. These schemes aim to promote social harmony, reduce caste-based discrimination, and encourage a more inclusive society. 

     ELIGIBILITY

          Eligibility requirements vary depending on the specific scheme, but typically include: One spouse belonging to a Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST).

  1. The other spouse not belonging to the SC/ST category.
  2. Residency in the state where the scheme is implemented. A combined annual income not exceeding a certain limit (e.g., ₹5,00,000). Marriage registration.

8. NTR Bharosa

       a. Pension Scheme for Dappu Artistes Belonging to Scheduled Castes 

                In order to provide financial assistance to Dappu artistes from Scheduled Castes, Under this scheme the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.43 Dated :13.06.2024 Enhancement of existing pension amount from Rs. 3,000/- to Rs.4,000/- per month  

             ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

                1. The applicant must be a Dappu artiste belonging to a Scheduled Caste.

                2. The applicant must be at least 50 years of age.

                3. A self-declaration certificate must be submitted along with the application. 

      b. COBBLER PENSION SCHEME

              To improve the livelihood of traditional leather artisans belonging to Scheduled Castes and to Under this scheme the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.43 Dated :13.06.2024 Enhancement of existing pension amount from Rs. 3,000/- to Rs.4,000/- per month

           ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

                1. The applicant must be a traditional leather artisan belonging to a Scheduled Caste.

                2. The applicant must be at least 40 years of age.

                3. A self-declaration certificate must be submitted along with the application.

9. JAGJEEVAN JYOTHI”- FREE POWER SCHEME

              As per Government Order No.91 SW (SCP.A2) Dept., Dt.24.07.2019 free Electricity Will be providing for SC Families consuming Power up to 200 units. During the Financial Year 2025-26 Rs.4, 20, 66,088/- has been spent to 98,526 SC Households.

10. PRADHAN MANTRI ADARSH GRAM YOJANA’ (PMAGY)

              The Centrally Sponsored Scheme of ‘Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana’ (PMAGY) is being implemented since 2009-10 for integrated development of Scheduled Castes (SC) majority villages. Since the FY 2021-22, this scheme has been merged with Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana (PM-AJAY). 

        ELIGIBILITY

         1. As per the selection criteria envisaged in the implementation guidelines, villages having a total population of at least 500 people and SC population of more than 40% are eligible for selection in descending order of their SC population.

        2. Under the Adarsh Gram Component of the scheme, there is no provision of sanctioning of work, however, an amount of Rs.21.00 lakh per village will be provided for newly selected villages by the Central Government which would be utilized as per the gaps identified in the Village Development Plan (VDP) generated and approved by District Level Convergence Committee (DLCC).
