PROFILE

                    The Project intends to provide houses to eligible EWS beneficiaries in urban areas in DTCP approved layouts with all infrastructural facilities such as roads, drains, water supply, sewage collection and treatment, electricity etc., and also social infrastructure viz., schools, health centers, community halls, shopping complexes, parks and play grounds etc.

    • The mode of construction G+3 Pattern with 300sft, 365sft, and 430sft.
    • The mode of technology is shear wall technology (concrete construction).
  • The beneficiary contributions are as follows:
      1. 300sft Rs.1/-
      2. 365sft, Rs 25,000/-
      3. 430sft Rs. 50,000/-
  • Bank Loan components are as follows:
      1. 300sft Rs. Nil
      2. 365sft Rs. 3.15 Lakhs
      3. 430sft Rs.3.65 Lakhs
